Although international education trip cannot be conducted due to the pandemic, National Tainan Chia-Chi Senior High School still keep promoting international education. Not only will National Tainan Chia-Chi Senior High School start the exchange of the postcard and online seminar, but also hand in hand with Office of International Affairs, National University of Tainan to invite associate Professor WANG ZI WEN, General Education Center and Associate Professor HUANG MING ZHI high school freshman’s micro course during alternative learning period.
Doctor of Letters of University of Tokyo WANG ZI WEN spare no effort to help the exchange of National University of Tainan and schools in Japan. Professor WANG ZI WEN was invited to teach high school freshman the micro course of multicultural experience at National Tainan Chia-Chi Senior High School. To let the students have more understanding about the dressing etiquette of Kimono, she specifically wear Kimono to school and explicate. She also bring the Yukata to let high school students experience the actual outfit. The professor WANG ZI WEN indicated that Kimono is the typical example of clothing of Japan and the presentation of Japan’s culture. Learning the way of wearing and the symbolic meaning of traditional accessories can understand more about the culture of Japan.
National Tainan Chia-Chi Senior High School indicated that the cooperation with Office of International Affairs, National University of Tainan “Hand in hand- the exchanging plan between junior high and high school students and international students in universities” improves the learning, experience of difference culture and expand the international horizon of Taiwanese students and international students.
